YOUR BERKSHIRE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY DUo

Your BERKSHIRE Wedding Photography duo

Hey! We’re Halema and Krystel,  a passionate documentary wedding photography duo that photographs fun and relaxed weddings in Berkshire, Surrey, London and beyond! We’re many things. We’re creatives, foodies, dreamers, animal lovers (especially dogs at weddings) and so much more!

Embodying an intermingling of cultures stemmed from the UK, Bangladesh, China, and Malaysia, we’re a wedding photography  team that loves celebrating diverse cultures and communities from all backgrounds.

But enough about us (right now).  After all, you want a Berkshire Wedding Photographer much like us (oooh that’s a bit cheeky) that can photograph your wedding with a fun and relaxed approach, telling your wedding story and all the emotions and feelings that comes with it.

We’re not your typical Berkshire wedding photographer. We take the time to learn about YOU, spending time with you from day one, so when your most special day arrives (hurray!), you’ll see us as ‘friends’ with cameras.

2 Photographers are better than 1!

We’re the ultimate wedding photography duo. We each have different but equally amazing photography skills that fits together just right, resulting in an optimum wedding skillset to tell your wedding story the right way.

In our 2 of a kind world, there’s no such thing as an ‘added photographer’. We’re 2 main dishes (yes, we’re big foodies, alright!) rather than a main and a side. We both come with big flavours – our passion, creativity, and friendliness. We photograph weddings from 2 perspectives and angles which promises to enhance the storytelling of your wedding day.

And guess what? With time synced photos, you can look back and enjoy the experience of how your 2 stories beautifully came together as 1.

REAL WEDDINGS

Specialising in documentary style photography

As Berkshire wedding photographer, no moment of a wedding is the same. We’ve loved photographing unscripted moments between the couple and their guests.

We think reality is way better than all that posey stuff. That’s why our photography style is rooted in photographing the real, natural, candid moments shared between you and your loved ones. From the laughter to the tears and everything in between, we aim to tell the story of your wedding day in its truest form.

Our photos will cover a range of emotions expressed throughout your wedding day!

CAPTURED THE MAGIC OF THE DAY

Halema and Krystel were absolutely incredible…made us feel really comfortable and created a great atmosphere. They were so good at capturing all the special candid moments that captured the magic of the day. They just felt like an extension of all our guests and we loved working with them!

Share your wedding venue with us

We may consider ourselves as a Berkshire wedding photographer, but that does not mean we’re Berkshire-centric! As well-loved travellevers, we are always curious to discover new wedding venues across London and Surrey.

Your wedding venue is one of the most important part of your wedding day (as well as the photography, of course). We have been to enough weddings to know how each venue offers something unique and special. Over the years, we’ve photographed weddings at stunning, quirky, historic and just really cool venues across the UK. For the right couple, we’re willing to travel beyond Berkshire, Surrey and London to tell YOUR story, so get in touch to share your wedding plans and venue choice!

Take a look at some of the amazing venues we have worked with, as well as own very own bucket list. Do you have a venue that you like to share with us? Get in touch!

wedding at Macdonald Compleat Angler Marlow

A Marlow, Buckinghamshire wedding photography with Davina & Richard

It was our first time photographing in Marlow, Buckinghamshire but I don’t think it’ll be the last. Adorned with history, Marlow was a place full of curiosity that wetted our appetite in more ways than one. Visually, it was a feast for the eyes enhanced by the steady sound of bustling from locals. Lots of window shopping and al-frescoing at their favourite bakery around us. We were right at home. It may have been April, but there were no April showers. What can we say? April played its own tricks on us and had us believe it was summer already. Marlow was covered in gold which made it the perfect setting for Davina and Richard’s wedding at Macdonald Compleat Angler. Macdonald Compleat Angler, a luxury riverside hotel in Marlow Located on the willow-fringed banks of the River Thames, the Macdonald Compleat Angler made a beautiful setting for Davina and

Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa, Surrey Photography

Shutting myself away from the world can sometimes be a recipe for disaster. An act that tends to lead to the mind’s eye roving round and round and round endlessly and painfully. But I found a cure, an answer that requires a little self-indulgence, actually scrap that, a LOT of indulgence, a little bit of selfishness, and a willingness to just let go of life’s internal pressures. Yes, that means switching off the phone. Bye bye iPhone. You modern piece of vulture. The answer lies inside Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa in Surrey in room Rhododendron where the real feast for all my senses started. From the wallpaper prints telling the story of Ancient Asia to its beautiful colour clashes with the green lampshades and dark wooden tables and chairs lit by the afternoon sun, the whole room was like a beautiful cocoon. Warm and safe, breathing and living
