FAQs

We love that you want to find out more about who we are, how we work and our booking process. So… feed your curiosity below!

No weddings are the same and we value the diversity of weddings overall. That’s why all our packages offer unlimited number of photos. We do not put a cap on the number of photos you will receive as it’s important for us to capture your wedding story in its truest form. If there are lots of moments happening at your wedding day – big and small – then we’re going to capture them! You can find out more by visiting the pricing and packages page.

Absolutely! We are fully insured and have a £5million public liability which is a big sigh of relief for us as we both go the extra mile to capture your wedding story. And yes, that includes climbing up mountains or going to the balcony of the church to get that hero shot for you!

Sadly, yes. If your wedding is in the London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire areas, then there are no additional expense reimbursement costs added. All our weddings in these areas cover all travel costs within our package prices. However, if your wedding falls outside these areas, we would still love to hear from you to get in touch as we are always willing to travel to a venue outside of this area for the right couple and a small extra fee.

Yes, of course! We encourage all our clients to meet for an informal chat over Zoom before booking us. We think it’s important that you get to know us, and are doubly sure we are the right match.

Being photographed is intimate, so we want you to be 100% comfortable with us. Documentary photography also works best if the guests feel like we are an extension of your friends and families.

Of course you can! You have the license to print your photos as you wish, we offer the highest quality printing services through labs that are only available to professional photographers, which can be accessed through your private gallery.

We photograph with professional Canon cameras and have a wide selection of lenses suitable for all venue sizes and lighting situations. We also bring additional lighting equipment for darker venues.

Haha yes! We are massive foodies and proud of it. The names of our standard wedding packages are after some of our favourite food that remind us of our childhood homes, roots and culture. If your wedding is more than 5 hours, then by contract, you are required to supply us with a meal to ensure that we don’t faint (yes, a tad melodramatic, just a tad…). It is best practice for us to eat when both you and the guests are eating, to ensure that when it comes to moments like speeches we don’t miss a thing! Timings and logistics will be discussed during your pre-consultation with us.

We are proud to say that we are part of a strong network of wedding photographers in the UK that we can call upon for extra assistance. Cancelling is not something that we take lightly and we would closely monitor everything to ensure that you are given the best option possible within a timeframe that gives you enough time to consider and discuss our suggestions and options as your needs always come first.

Great! We’d love to find out more about your wedding plans. The next step would be for you to get in touch and for us to schedule an informal chat over zoom, for us to find out more about your wedding day.  We encourage every couple to meet us, either online via Zoom or in person.

When you’re ready to book, we ask for a £300 non refundable deposit to secure your date – you’re then all booked in!
